Will and Logos

Our logos has become weak, perverted and degenerate through lack of contact with the hard uncompromising reality of the universal logos. This separation has occurred as an inevitable consequence of our logos itself, specifically our semi sentience giving rise to civilisation and all its consequences. This civilisation has become a cocoon that protects us from the difficulties of reality, from antibiotics to super abundance, its purpose is no longer to strengthen us as we contend with life but to avoid the struggle itself.
This was and always will be inevitable and will always prove fatal. As a people we operate primarily on instinct and we have a natural, healthy drive to pursue ease and abundance that would normally be curbed by circumstances. However, we cannot continue down the path of instinctual semi sentience indefinitely without eventually encountering the problems of weakness and degeneracy in ourselves and our people. Like so many other peoples before us we are suffering the consequences of cleverness in the absence of wisdom and sentience without will. Are we going to fail like all the others and have everything our people accomplished dragged down by our own weakness? Or will we pass through this crucible and emerge stronger?
The solution is twofold and we must all embrace it, personally and as a people; Logos and Will
Logos: We must reacquaint ourselves with natural law, the universal logos, reality itself and its uncompromising hardness. This must be done intellectually to give us a proper conceptual framework for the eventual world view change to come. But most importantly it must be done physically, we must divest ourselves of softness, within and without and view it with the contempt it deserves. We must go out and experience what it means to struggle for survival once more, in the wild, hard, places. Not indefinitely but long enough to learn and understand through direct experience so that when we return to our civilisation we bring its hardness with us.
Will: It is the nature of civilisation to be soft and erode our will, this is why it is so lethal to us. It is will that is the true solution and we must find it, embrace it, cultivate it as a people or become extinct.
Will is a combination of deep emotional/psychological drives, natural healthy logos and sheer bloody mindedness. Will isn't easy, it can be painful and requires personal sacrifice.
Will is the force that powers life. It gives us agency and action, it animates ideology, overcomes obstacles and endures ordeal.
Will cannot be faked but it can be strengthened and encouraged just as it can be eroded without the presence of ordeal, purpose and natural logos. The absence of will results in stagnation, apathy and death.
A people are powered by will, it makes them active, volatile and difficult to control. This is why will is viewed with suspicion by rulers. A degenerate people exchanges will for the supposed safety of docility, a healthy people with a healthy logos do not.
Deliberate, uncompromising Will that is more than mere healthy instinct but a conscious act that embraces and is guided by logos is essential in a people who wish to build something more than mud huts and vital if we do not wish our people to be raped and murdered out of existence.
